The Company adopts this Policy to ensure compliance with all laws and orders requiring Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action, including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Executive Order 11246 (as amended by Executive Order 11375,) the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, the Age Discrimination and Employment Act of 1967, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended, and all other Federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the Company.

In keeping with the requirements of Executive Order 11246 and implementing regulations, the Company has prepared and maintains an Affirmative Action Plan as one means of evaluating its performance in implementing Equal Employment principles.  James R.
