Project Description:
Slope failures on the downslope side of a one-lane road threatened the use of the access road which serves a critical use communication tower on the north side of the Island of Oahu. Working in limited space, Schnabel Foundation Company used specialized equipment to stabilize 375 ft of roadway at five locations using a combination of micropiles and tiebacks.
