High end spa retreats need to provide a lot of parking while preserving the surrounding landscape.  To accomplish this, Schnabel Foundation Company designed and constructed multi-levels of underground parking that maximized the patron's convenience and minimized the impact on the environment.

Schnabel provided both temporary and permanent soil nail walls for the excavation and also managed the installation of the permanent shotcrete wall for the underground garage.
