Schnabel Foundation Company installed 16 micropiles to support two future exterior columns of the Petoskey Victories II Casino located in Petoskey, MI. Spread footings for the proposed columns had been previously constructed. Micropiles were installed as a re-design to upgrade the column foundations to support additional column load, as well as transfer the vertical load 12 ft below the existing footings to allow construction of a future tunnel. Micropile lengths varied from 25 to 45 ft and carried loads from 38 to 96 kips.
