Project Description:
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Seashore House is a medical care and rehabilitation facility for children with chronic illnesses and severe developmental disabilities. Schnabel Foundation Company was selected as the design/build contractor to provide 23 80,000-pound capacity micropiles to support the new MRI for this facility. The access was tight and the project was highly visible, but with specialized equipment Schnabel was able to give Children's Hospital a high performance specialty foundation to support their MRI.
