Project Description:
For this permanent soldier beam, tieback, and shotcrete-faced wall, Schnabel Foundation Company value-engineered its design and construction for a savings of over $200,000. This wall was designed for a future dormitory’s underground parking garage. It is roughly 25,000 sf and up to 41 ft deep. A portion of the wall extends up to15 ft high above the ground surface behind the wall.
