Earth Retention System

Vikings Stadium | Minneapolis, MN

Ames Construction contracted Schnabel to design and construct a wall-line, permanent earth retention system using drilled-in soldier beams, wood lagging, and tiebacks on two sides of the stadium. Schnabel also installed drilled piers for a tower crane foundation and permanent rock anchor tiedowns.

The Rose Gaming Resort | Dumfries, VA

B&S Site Development collaborated with Schnabel to address stability concerns for the retaining walls during roadway construction. The solution involved installing permanent auger cast stability piles. Over 35,000 linear feet of piles were installed, and over 1500 piles were installed on this project.
