December 4, 2023, will mark the 20th anniversary of the passing of our founder Harry Schnabel Jr. This anniversary would be a good opportunity to remember the beliefs and principles that our company was founded on. Harry started the company with the idea of being the most innovative and productive construction company in the foundation industry. He designed specialized equipment to improve productivity and performance, developed new and improved design procedures to obtain a competitive advantage and improve the quality of our work, and obtained patents to protect his ideas. He also understood the value of having a good team around him. Schnabel has continued to grow and prosper since his passing, but it is important that we remember the principles on which it was founded to guide our future aspirations.
